Bubble Emotion

Stay away. Terrible customer service. It was the first time I felt as an unwanted customer. The structure is nice but the staff is terrible starting from Matteo Bellocchio, that calls himself the confounder. You took a good idea from what in other countries existed for 10 years or more but you lack of any sensibility in dealing with customer. Looking at the reply shows no only that you do not on understand the the customer experience starts from the booking but instead of fix the situation you react with a threat. Please, go ahead, the email you sent me and your reply speak about your behaviour.

Beautiful experience, it feels like being totally immersed in nature! All the staff are very kind and helpful. We only had a small problem with the heating, which unfortunately didn't work properly at times, so the room inside the bubble wasn't perfectly heated, especially since it was also very cold outside. The only notes: take better care of the common areas (outside the bubble, an avenue to get there), heat better especially the bathroom which remains very cold in winter, and increase the quality of the breakfast given the price (it would also be nice to be able to have it directly in room). However, I recommend trying this beautiful experience, sleeping under a starry sky is priceless. Compliments

I'll start by saying that it was a truly beautiful experience and one that I had never had the opportunity to try before: this made everything truly memorable, but also helped to hide some defects. It is not very easy to reach the resort, and at the entrance there is no reference to the name "Bubble Emotion". It must be said that I made a mistake in registering my telephone number and therefore I did not receive the instructions from the owner, who therefore took care to contact us via email. The room was clean, internally and externally, and equipped with everything necessary. Sore point: the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Given the price and given that in other reviews one would not expect this flaw. The night was a truly beautiful experience, even if (it must be said for information) due to the proximity to Malpensa the room was a bit noisy. The extra services (hydromassage and breakfast) are excessively expensive for what they offer (€35 for 45 minutes of hydromassage and €15 per person for a delicious but not excessively abundant buffet breakfast) In total for a night with services you pay 287 euros: it is a high price, which may be worth paying for the first time for a special occasion, but which makes it a little difficult to be able to return to try another of the beautiful rooms . 4 out of 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the Ameglia bubble room. The experience itself is very beautiful and romantic but it would require more maintenance. The bubble was dirty on the outside, a normal thing, but for the high price asked you would also expect a better service (photo attached). We were therefore unable to see any stars even though it was a beautiful night. Also inside the bubble there was nothing to welcome, not even a glass of water. The location is not very visible and we had a bit of trouble finding the place. In the bathroom there was a dispenser for shower gel and shampoo, too bad the shampoo was empty. The breakfast outrageously expensive for what it offers. Finally, the internal cleanliness is a bit flawed, in addition to hair we also found stains on pillows / towels. Apart from all this, it is still a beautiful experience

Spectacular experience, when you thought you had discovered everything it was still not enough to understand the genuine welcome, sharing and serenity given by the owners as well as the wonderful place. Immersed in nature, but at the same time a few km from the most important urban centres, such as Milan or Turin or even simply the rice centers such as Novara or Vercelli, an excellent food and wine route, without obviously neglecting more sought after places for a romantic trip such as Lake Maggiore o Lake Orta beautiful place, the Relais dei Cesari where you can stop in tranquility and well-being I would also like to add that on a night of the super deer moon it would have been worth it as well as the rain if it were.
